This website provides introductory mortgage information and ways to contact Mike Graves. Its consultation form prepares an email locally in your browser. Your name, email address, selected topic and message are passed to your chosen email app. This website does not submit or store the inquiry. Review and send the message in your email app; your email provider handles delivery. The site host may process ordinary technical request information. Do not include sensitive financial data in a consultation email.
Applications and third-party services
Application, company policy and consulting links lead to separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Review those practices before submitting information. The payment planner runs in your browser and does not submit your inputs to Mike. Fonts may load from Google Fonts.
Estimates and program information
Calculator values are illustrative inputs, not offered rates or a qualification decision. Product overviews introduce conversations; they do not establish eligibility or replace applicable lender, investor or agency requirements.

Mike’s mortgage work is through Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc. Condo Consult, LLC provides separate condominium project consulting. Mortgage Consult is the website brand for guidance with Mike Graves; mortgage origination and applications are through Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc.
