Hi, I’m Mike Graves.

I’m a Senior Loan Officer with Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc., helping homebuyers, homeowners and real estate investors throughout Atlanta Metro explore their financing options.

Your goals set the direction. Whether you’re purchasing, refinancing, investing or planning a build, my aim is to make the options easier to understand and the next step clearer.

My focus includes conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing, together with specialty conversations around bank statement, P&L, DSCR and no-ratio programs. Condominium financing is an important and growing part of that work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Hilary, and our two boys.
